Life Coaching
Are you happy and free, right now?
On one Sunday evening I opened my eyes from meditation and I had the first taste of freedom from suffering. Tears started flowing because I finally understood what it meant to be free from suffering even in the midst of a mind that was raging with noise.
Even before Buddhism, my mission as a life coach was to help people connect to their truest desires. Since then my personal developments have updated that mission to: Live a life free of suffering.
I want to walk you towards the path of complete freedom from suffering. I want to teach you the underlying mechanics of suffering and how to break free from the continuous loop so that you have zero dependencies.
The problem
- You experience recurring suffering no matter how many times you reframe your mind
- Certain limitations of your life are deeply entrenched in your unconscious
- Any relief you feel is temporary because life's big problems keep coming back
- You don't know the actual underlying mechanics of your own suffering
The solution
- Learn to see through the thinking that causes the problem in the first place
- Step entirely outside the continuous loop of suffering
- Achieve complete freedom from suffering in the midst of a noisy mind
- Depend on nothing but your own practiced awareness to stay free
This Isn't Motivation. This Is Deprogramming.

Testimonials
What People Feel About The Program
“Billy has a way of creating a safe space to talk. I really needed that, someone who didn't tell me I had xyz wrong with me. Instead he listened and taught me to look at my past with compassion rather than with criticism. Sometimes all we need is someone to tell us 'wow, that sucked, let's go do that thing you find fun', and he taught me how to be that person for myself.”
“I was looking for a therapist for a very long time, and they all wanted to go over everything that happened in my life. All I thought was, 'This will take forever!' But then I met Billy, and I immediately started to see changes being made. I started feeling better, more confidence with more vitality... I don't have my problems anymore.”
“Coaching with Billy is dynamic and reactive - I immediately see progress and change in whatever I'm feeling at the moment. I feel so much lighter and relaxed.”
“I keep coming back to Billy's coaching because I get to understand why I have certain behaviors at certain times. Billy's new perspectives give me actions I can take today.”
“I have been working with Billy for a while, and he is definitely a very approachable and knowledgeable guy! What I love the most about Billy's approach is the simple examples that he gives when he makes a point or when he guides me to see another perspective I hadn't considered before. I highly value Billy as a coach and as a person, and I recommend him to anybody.”
Questions
Frequently Asked
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
The difference is in how the two approaches think about what "well" means. From a medical sense, wellness means "not sick". So the role of a doctor is to heal you so that you are not sick, and that is the role that therapy predominantly plays. Based on the definition of mental illnesses, if you have an ailment therapy aims to heal it so that you can be mentally healthy.
Coaching is generally about improvement in a desired area. Most common form of coaching is sports coaching where athletes seek improvement in their sports performance. Life coaches are generally well versed in various aspects of life such as interpersonal skills, career development, and such.
I am also a general life coach with no "niche", but my primarily emphasis is on ultimate happiness: complete freedom from suffering that you can reliably replicate and practice.
I feel like my problems are too big (or too small) for a life coach. Can you actually help me?
Problems usually present as one facet of deeply interconnected with networks of problems.
This has two benefits for you. If your problem is too big, that means there are smaller inter-connected problems we can solve together that give you a better approach on solving the big problem.
Conversely, if your problem is too small, that means you can solve your problem quickly and apply the same methodology and practice to other problems that inevitably surface up.
So yes, I can actually help you regardless of your problem size.
Do you offer a guarantee or refunds if I don't see results?
For the one month program I am happy to offer a refund if you don't like the experience of working with me.
For the six month program we must be in agreement about one thing before we start: We do not define results by the observation of a moment.
A frustrating period of hitting a block often times turns out to be the reason for a breakthrough moment at a pivotal moment. A smooth sailing period of feeling great often times results in a big dip of an existential crisis.
Through conversations with me and reading my writings you'll come to a confident understanding that working long term with me is an exercise in PRACTICE. We do not quit practices in the middle because we feel like it.
Therefore due to the nature of the 6 month program being a practice, the first 3 months are refundable but the later 3 months are not.
How do we meet? Is it over Zoom, phone, or in person?
We meet via Zoom sessions.
I don’t consider myself spiritual or Buddhist. Will this approach still work for me?
I have developed an orientation-agnostic approach that works regardless of your religion, spirituality, preferences, dispositions, or anything else. I strongly believe in unconditional happiness.
What happens between our weekly sessions? Is there homework or practice?
For non-practice sessions I will provide food for thought but no formal homework. For practice it is a daily commitment on even days we do not meet. The specific nature of the practice you will do, we will discuss and I will fine-tune based on your needs and karma.
